How to write complaint letter

Hello, so today i was trying to write letter and finaly with help from http://elc.polyu.edu.hk/cill/eiw/complaint_letter_constructor.htm i did it. this page is quite good because i was also checking some videos in youtube but it gave me How to make chocolate cake:) its also useful but not for english class...
